The cooling effect works gradually and helps reduce your dog's body temperature without requiring your dog to lie directly on a cold surface. When activated, the temperature stabilises at approximately 28 degrees.
The cooling effect can last for up to approximately 2 hours depending on the ambient temperature. The cooling mat is easy to clean and can be wiped with a damp cloth. Allow the mat to air dry after cleaning.
