Griddle Plus is designed to reach higher temperatures and deliver an ideal grilling experience. It provides quick and even cooking and is perfect for steaks, burgers and vegetables. The food safe non stick coating prevents food from sticking and ensures perfect grill marks every time.

For best results preheat the griddle for about ten minutes with the lid on. This ensures the surface becomes properly hot before placing food on it. For easier cleaning lightly spray the surface with oil before grilling.

The upgraded Griddle Plus now has mounting holes for the grill rack, deeper grooves and a more solid construction than earlier versions.
