The Renogy DCC50S 12V 50A DC-DC charger with MPPT is an advanced multi-stage charger offering dual charging options. It can charge your house battery directly from the vehicle alternator via the starter battery, or from solar panels connected straight to the unit.
While the alternator prioritizes the starter battery, the built-in MPPT ensures that solar energy is efficiently used to charge the house battery first. This allows you to stay off-grid longer with a stable and reliable power source.
The charger supports multiple battery chemistries, including Flooded, Gel, AGM, and Lithium, and provides multi-stage charging for maximum lifespan and safety.
With its RJ45 communication port, the unit can be paired with the BT-2 Bluetooth module and the Renogy DC Home app, giving you real-time monitoring and control directly from your smartphone – for a smarter and more flexible power system.
