Good to know about melamine!
Hand wash if possible, melamine can withstand dishwashers up to a maximum of 45°C.
Always try to rinse off food residues immediately, any stains will become harder to remove over time. We recommend the cleaning product from Gimex, see under related products.
Avoid hot liquids. Melamine can withstand up to a maximum of 80°C. Coffee from a brewer/machine is around 80°C after it has cooled for about two minutes.
Do not use in a microwave, the structure of melamine can be damaged and cracks may occur.
