Gimex Linea Gold is a high-quality 12-piece melamine set including 4 plates (Ø 240 mm), 4 side plates (Ø 215 mm) and 4 bowls (Ø 150 mm). Each piece features a silicone ring underneath to prevent sliding on the table and reduce rattling in the cupboard during travel in an RV or camper. The set is dishwasher safe up to 70°C but not suitable for microwave use.
Good to know about melamine!
Hand wash when possible, melamine withstands dishwashers up to max 45°C. Rinse food residues immediately; stains become harder to remove over time. We recommend Gimex cleaning product, see related products. Avoid hot liquids. Melamine can withstand up to max 80°C. Coffee from a brewer is around 80°C after about two minutes. Do not use in a microwave, melamine structure may be damaged and cracks can occur.
